My Favorite Weekly Facial Reset Tools

There are some things I have added in to my facial and skincare routine as I age. Spending 15-20 minutes on myself 2x week is not that difficult. It makes it easier because when I do these things, I am completely unavailable to help others so I really lean into that. They are good, right? I don’t get some things done like manicures and pedicures consistently so I like dedicating some time to myself this way.

Here are my 3 favorite weekly products for my facial wellness refresh:

1 —

Facial Steamer

Nothing feels better or more rejuvenating than spending 15 minutes in front of this thing. Add in a local Phoenix magazine we subscribe to that sits around way too long or a long awaited (uninterrupted) Instagram scroll and I am in heaven…if only for 15 minutes.

Gua Sha Tool (and Rose Oil)

Since I don’t (still) use facial injections, I have moved over to my new favorite cheap but effective routine. I have been reading a lot about lymphatic drainage and I have been seeing such a difference in puffiness and deep wrinkles after using this for 2 months. Big fan, but educate yourself on good videos to use properly. Send me a message if you want some I use! Always use a light oil before you gum she (I use this rosehip seed oil and I have combination skin)

SIMA Dermaplaning Tool

My 2 favorite things in a facial are the steam and the dermaplaning. This tool I use every week and have recommended to multiple friends! The blades are not that expensive and it is really easy to use.
