Sun Salutation B Practice (Suryanamaskara B)

This video is of a Sun Salutation B sequence completed 3 times in a row. Begin at the top of your mat, standing tall with your toes touching and heels slightly apart. Inhale into a Fierce Pose, exhale as you forward fold, inhale up to flat back, step back into plank and exhale to the bottom of a push-up. Roll forward using your toes, inhale and rise to an up dog. Exhale to a down dog. Step your right foot to your right hand, bring your hands all the way up as you inhale (rotate your back foot 45 degrees) into Warrior 1. Hands to the mat and step back and exhale to the bottom of a push up. Roll forward using your toes and bring your chest up as you inhale into up dog. Exhale into down dog. Left foot will step up to your left hand and inhale your arms up to a warrior 1 (rotate your back right foot 45 degrees). Hands down to the mat, step back to plank and exhale to the bottom of a push-up. Roll forward on your toes, bring your head and chest up and inhale to up dog. Exhale to down dog and hold here for 5 deep breaths. Step up inhale to half-lift, exhale to forward fold. Inhale to fierce pose, exhale to standing. Complete this sequence 3 times in a row.
