Homestyle Flow - Shoulderless Poses

Join me as I grab a chair and let the shoulders take the day off. If you aren’t able to “flow” and have a hard time with some of the routine yoga arm movements, then this class is for you! I have created a 60 minute sequence while alleviating all shoulder pressure. If you have rotator cuff issues, shoulder impingements, bursitis, or a nagging shoulder injury that simply won’t go away, you can still do yoga. Yoga is much more than flow classes! Yoga works for every body and with this class you will be able to use these movements every day and see the benefits of Yoga!
